If you are concerned about the size, you can determine the most likely correct size using one of the following methods:

1. measure the insole of your old Avarcas (if available) and compare it with the sole length from the size chart
2. or measure your foot length and compare it with the value from the size chart. When measuring, place a sheet of paper underneath, lean your heel against the wall and mark the foot length at the front toe. Measure both feet and use the larger of the two values.
